Tasmania

The R&C Tasmania Branch was first formed in 1839 which was then Australia's first Hotel Industry Association. Among the principle objectives of the R&C is the further development and growth of Tasmania's Hospitality and Tourism Industry and in particular the maintenance of cafes and restaurants and the provision of high quality food, beverage and service.
